Returns

Every BERIT ring is made to order, so we are not able to accept returns for a change of mind. Each piece is made for you alone, and we hope you will take your time choosing before you order.

Please order your Oura ring model and size. You can find it on your original Oura ring order. If you do not yet have an Oura ring, we recommend ordering one first.

Every ring is checked by hand before it leaves us. In the unlikely event that yours arrives less than perfect, please write to us at customercare@berit.shop with photos and a description of the fault.

If your order arrives and the contents do not match what you ordered, please write to us straight away at customercare@berit.shop.
