We offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $500 AUD. A flat rate of $15 AUD applies to orders under $500 AUD.

All domestic orders are dispatched with Australia Post, with tracking and signature on delivery. Because each BERIT ring is made to order, dispatch times vary by model and size, and are shown on each product page. Once dispatched, Australia Post standard delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days across Australia.

International shipping is not open at this time. You are welcome to join the waitlist for your country on the product page, and we will notify you when we begin shipping there.

tracking your order

You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please write to us at customercare@berit.shop.

lost or damaged parcels

In the unlikely event that your ring is lost or damaged in transit, please write to us at customercare@berit.shop and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
